2. Digital/Service Nature and Refunds
Because our offering is a digital service (software-based, subscription-based, or service-based), you acknowledge that once access is granted or service is initiated, full or partial refunds may not always be feasible. This reflects industry practice for SaaS and service-based models.

3. Cancellation by Customer

7. Changes to Subscription or Service Tier
If you downgrade your subscription or cancel mid-cycle, we will not prorate or refund for the unused portion unless explicitly agreed.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a payment dispute (chargeback) via your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and withhold future access. Any related fees or chargeback costs may be passed to you.
9. Modifications to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
